Platform & Third-Party Fees

Clients are responsible for all third-party platform costs, including:

  • Website hosting (Wix, domains)

  • Scheduling or automation tools

  • Advertising spend

Helping Hand Social Media does not cover or reimburse these fees.

Minimum Commitment & Billing

All services require a minimum 3-month commitment to see real progress.

  • Services are billed 3 months at a time

  • Payment is due before services begin

  • Services cannot be paused mid-cycle

Scope of Services

Each package includes only what is explicitly listed.

Requests outside of scope may require:

  • An add-on

  • Or an additional fee

Examples include extra platforms, additional locations, website work beyond maintenance, or rush requests.

Client Responsibility & Approvals

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely account access

  • Reviewing and approving content when required

  • Providing accurate business information

Delays in communication may impact posting schedules and results.

We do not guarantee specific follower counts, leads, sales, or rankings.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Helping Hand Social Media reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Abusive behavior

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Requests that conflict with ethical or professional standards

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services and time reserved.

Non-Disparagement

Clients agree not to make false or misleading statements regarding Helping Hand Social Media.
Concerns should be addressed directly and professionally.
